In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used cosmetics, beauty, or personal care products

Perishable goods or health products for hygiene reasons

Gift cards or digital products

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
❗Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
